which banks are p0304 p0306

I own a 03 type-s tl

I got the code; p0304, p0306.

I don't know which code indicates which cylinder bank

could you check which one is right?
rear
4 5 6
front
1 2 3

or
rear
1 2 3
front
4 5 6

one more question
I need to chage rear brake pads.
I measured the rotor and its thickness is 0.303 in.
should I buy new one or it's ok just to turn?

or
rear
1 2 3
front
4 5 6

Is the correct identification.

The minimum thickness for turning the rear rotor is 7.5mm or .30 inches.

replace the rear rotors- they are cheap
will have to clean and adjust the park brake shoes to mate the new rotors
the center hub of the rear rotor is the drum for park brake

Ck the rear pads you buy= the pad for the inner side of brake assembly
it should have a raised tab on one end holding the noise maker
and may have one on opposite end thats empty= those are ok

IF it has a 3rd raised tab top center of pads backing plate= they sold you the wrong pads!!!!- the book is wrong for many companies--ck your parts!!!
3rd tab causes major issue with half contact of pad to rotor width
