Ball joints and motor mounts

My car was making thunking and other noises from the front end while going over moderately rough roads. Finally got it to the dealer 78k miles and had it checked out. They replaced ball joints under warranty. Driving it today it was much smoother and quieter than it has been for a while, so I'm happy. Then driving home form work today I now notice a vibration at idle in the steering wheel. I don't think it was there before but even if it was, now I am thinking motor mount issues. Silly question maybe but I am not very familiar with either item, never having had to replace ball joints or motor mounts before on any car. Can the new tight ball joints accentuate the motor mount issue with vibration via steering wheel? In any case, I guess I will bring it back and see what they will do.

Wouldn't be at idle. You aren't moving.

Motor mounts go and often need to be replaced. I'm fairly sure I need a few replaced.
