Can anyone help me identify this loose yellow plug that appears to have been pulled or come loose from the fuse module?

See the yellow plug with green wire, just hanging there? Where does that go?
Choices seem to be 5 or 3 or MPCS or V on that board
There are 2 other plugs to the Left that I couldn't get a picture of with the camera so don'y know there numbers.

Also My 7.5 amp fuse from #5 (Daylight) is missing. What does that do?

Any help is appreciated..

 

I believe thats used for the air bag reset. When I have chance I can look where mines is connected .
