i did a whole flush and change to the newhonda ATF back when my car had 60k. i plan to do another change when i hit 75k. when i do this change, should i do another full flush and add all new fluid? or just a simple drain and fill? thanx for all help.
p.s. i also changed the external filter and plan on a new one at the time of the next change

what are you calling a full flush--using the `honda accord method` of running engine and pumping out fluid as you add new?
or a machine at acura?

so yours on all good new fluid, I would accord method it- or a gravity drain and refill at least 2 times
with drive around the block using each gear up and down -less than 5 minutes time,
and drain again

A trans guru buddy suggest frequent exchange of the transmission fluid is a good thing.
he also suggest 1 can seafoam in gas 2-3 times a year will keep the O2 sensor and cat in top condition
