Amateur in need of help

Hello. I have a 2002 acura tl. While trying to rig a new wiring connection (which I now knew is dumb) to test my blower motor, I touched the two wires together and heard a pop. Now my compressor wont kick on. Also my radio and clock reseted. I have since checked the fuses and they are good. But my compressor won't turn on. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is hot as heck outside. Thank you.

I forgot to mention that when I start the car with the a.c.on the compressor starts for about 2 seconds then dies. I checked the 40 amp fuse under the hood and the number 3 and 8 7.5s on the drivers side. All were good. Any other fuses in particular that I could check? Thank you.

All of them. One of them has popped. Find it.
