is there a fuse or component that that controls radio, cruise control, and horn? all are not working, i checked the fuse box and found a horn relay but im kinda confused. anyone have or know about this issue? thanks....

 

ck passenger end of dash- and another by driver left knee iirc

 

There's also a tsb about fixing a contact ring under the steering wheel. It's been described on here before.
