Whenever I lock my car and the alarm is in engaged, it has the tendency to just go off without anyone touching it. Its very odd. But I called the dealers around me and they are tryin to charge me almost $100 just to check it out. What do you think is the problem?

 

Umm .. I’m professional installer for alarm and stuff .. I think you need new pin switch and to just check it. you can disconnect hood pin switch wire in front hood lock assembly. you will find wire close to hood lock assembly and just unplug it. try it after and see if it’s still going off ..
