Air Vent Door Motor?

00 TL-P. The problem I am having is that when I go through the options of selecting the floor or defrost or just the front vents they all flow no matter what I pick. I don't know if it is the mixer door motor or what. If it is where is it. Got a pic. I know my climate control motor is jacked. Whats next??

Try doing a search. This was covered in the last few months. It sounds like a mixer motor. its located behind the glovebox
