ever since i bought my 02 TL a few weeks ago my driver side headlight its basically on the floor all the way down and my passenger side headlight is a lot higher/farther on the road and is positioned correctly. now i know the driverside is supposed to be a bit lower but mine is basically all the way down so i wanna adjust it and raise it up a bit... how can i go about doing this?

 

nvm.... fixed. took 5 min.

 

how did i you fix it? both my headlights are way too low..

 

the adjuster screws. If you pop the hood and look by the headlights there is a mark on the black cover above the headlight with a curved arrow pointing both ways, Those are the adjustment screws.

 

is it a 10mm bolt?

look on top of the housing for the words UP DOWN and the arrows
now look behind that for a raised V track in the plastic rear side of housing
slide a small phillips screwdriver down the groove-at an angle as needed- into the gear teeth of the adjuster
Rotate screwdrivder handle to move headlight
simple

no 10mm anything on this job

 

i was turning the whole bolt.
