Whats up AZiner's.. Its been awhile. I have an issue with my AC. It stopped working during a drive. I hear the compressor kick in but then I hear the fan in the glove compartment area turn on faintly then die off. Not sure if it's the resistor or blower itself. Anything I should try before I start buying unneeded parts?

 

perform glovebox removal via `cabin air filter` diy to inspect motor and resistor

before that:
a major prob is the power connector located under front edge of glovebox
Its wires are kinda tight--lots of heat generated with fan on 5 = burns up connector!

May have to unplug and inspect back and inside of part

acura sells a kit with new longer wires and both sides of connector
last reported at 8 dollars a month ago on here
easy diy splice

it thats blown/burnt, it may have taken out the resistor,,
remove blower motor panel and observe ridged heat cover over resistor
remove it and look for burn marks
other threads on cabin filter-resistor have pics if any question

good chance its the power plug connection under glovebox,,visable from outside,,
it cooks inside or on its back -acura has an update kit
