I thought I might be able to help someone who may have this problem in the future as I just fixed my AC today on my 00 tl. I looked at all of the fuses, yet the AC would still not come on. Nothing would happen. I replaced the trasistor ($43) that is connected to the blower motor. I was advised to do so by Acura, the service guy told me they go wrong all of the time. Anyway, that didn't fix it, so I took the front plug out of the blower motor only to find that part was melted and corroded. I cleaned the contacts and hooked it back up. It was then fixed. I will still replace the wire though ($12) just to be safe. hope this helps someone, as a new blower motor is $100 plus.
