AC Compressor wont Engage at Idling Speed

AC Compressor wont Engage at Idling Speed
Hello...
My 03Type S AC works like its supposed to while moving, once I stop the compressor will not engage again until Im moving again
The systen has 35psi of gas during operation... Anyone has gone thru this or know whats up with that?

Had identical issue couple weeks ago. Replaced serpentine belt and resolved. $19 from local auto parts store. Easy fix, get a long 14mm wrench on the idler pulley and shove it toward rear of car to take tension off belt and slip it off, reverse to install new belt. YouTube has video also.
