99TL power steering problem

Hey guys I could use a little help on this one, recently after I bought my car I noticed one cold morning it was whining really bad, since then it's continued to whine and has gotten worse and worse sometimes it gets a little hard to steer as well depending on the turn. Most of the time only at slow speeds while pulling into a driveway or parking or something. I've done some searching and found out about the power steering inlet o ring being the most likely problem. Last weekend I replaced it. Instantly after replacing it I watched my power steering fluid go from low to max. I started up my car and took it on a little test and the steering feels much better almost too smooth and twitchy but ill take it compared to before however the noise hasn't died down at all it still whines like crazy and last night I checked the fluid levels and it was low again I filled it up a little above the max line I started it took another drive by the time I got back 5 minutes later it was halfway down. My question here is I heard there is more than one o ring that could be the problem I was unaware of that and only replaced the top one, is this true? Where should I start? And lastly I have genuine Honda power steering fluid in my garage for this occasion i was wondering if it's best to flush it all out and start fresh and if so if anyone knows of a tutorial I can use to do this. Any idea where I should start at fixing this problem thanks again guys

Sounds like you've got a leak. Rusted through, steel return lines, are becoming a real common problem on our cars.

the oring and pressure hoses are the most common
Are you burping the system when adding fluid- full lock to lock turns of the wheel several times
place cardboard under wheels to lessen friction

have you flushed the system yet?
Get a mechanics stethoscope 5$ a harbor freight tools or 8$ at parts store
listen to all tensioners, everything has a bearing...

It's really common in rust belt states, but I forgot that despite all the rain you guys get, the cars don't rust as badly as in michigan and the rest.

wet states: don't be surprised when the airbag recall gets extended to you!

right now the limited thinking is: recall is restricted to high humidity ocean side areas,,
but of course newly discovered failures in Ca and other generally nice weather areas so the VIN list expands
