99 tl speedometer stuck
problem fixed..
figured out the problem!!! what me and my friend did was remove the cluster and disassembled the speedometer. found out that the hole in the middle of the speedo (where the needle goes) somehow dropped down and was not centered. it was resting on the needle and caused the needle to get stuck. this saved my friend over $100 that he was gonna dish out for a used cluster

quite a bit gutsy to remove the cluster by yourself and chance damaging the circuit board..but good job none the less of fixing the problem.
