All you have to do is lift up the car, take the drivers wheel off, and it's right there. one might be covered by a little cover but you can take that off and put it back on. I changes mine when I did the tranny swap. They just screw in with a wrench. Don't over tighten them but snug them up. Why your at it go ahead and replace the fluid as well

I don't think that a 3x3 would have any adverse effects on the tranny switches.

Did the problems arise after doing the 3x3 drain & fill ?

Were you experiencing tranny problems previously before the 3x3 with shifting ?

I had a situation where I overheated on a 3 hour drive from ny to boston..check engine light came on and the codes were 3rd and 4th gear pressure switch fault..I had the car towed home and when I told my friend/mechanic who is an acura tech he advised me I would need a new tranny..I did a 3x3 with honda tranny fluid, the car just came back to life..and the check engine light went away..here I am about a month later still riding good..I still want to change the switches since those were the original codes..Iv'e seen a bunch people on the forum with this similar problem.

I am bumping an older thread. Is it correct that it's the same part for the 3G and 2G TL?
