You may want to double check the type of fluid. Most likely its oil. Its probably the rear main seal. Some have had those leak. You have to remove the trans to fix.

Im going to guess 400-600. Its all labor. The rear main seal is like a 5 dollar seal

Hey , i just figured it out.. took me a while. Its the Engile Oil. I opened the plastic cover under the clutch case and it was totally dry inside, no signs of any oil there. So obviously the seals are ok, both engine and transmission main seals.
on the contrary, the culprit was actually the engine Sump gasket...
any ideas how long a job is that... is it " do it yourself" type of a job...
any links to photographs...of this...

Cheers !

There isnt a diy for replacing the oil pan gasket that i know of. You have to remove the lower downpipe of the exhaust to get the oil pan off though

And there is not a "gasket". Good ole Hondabond. The factory oil pans very seldom leak. I would take the torque converter dust cover off and see if it seems to be dripping from above the oil pan (rear main). (since mine is not off, I don't recall if you will have a decent view of anything above that cover, but it is just a couple 10mm bolts holding it on.) IF you decide to do the oil pan, let us know.
