2g TL mode door actuator

Hello! My AC got stuck on front defrost one morning. So I pulled the actuator out and opened it up. Bent up the contacts a little too much. Put it in and if course the ac wouldn't change modes. Pulled it back out and apart and the little contacts were all bent crazy and ruined. So I go to my local junkyard and pull one. Bring it home open it up. Greased the gears, tested the motor. It worked fine. Put in my car. Nothing. So I started thinking perhaps I fried something in the dash control module. So buy a used one off eBay. Install it and still getting nothing from the actuator. I have it plugged in, hanging where I can watch it for movement. Nothing. Im getting error codes I and O with or without the actuator plugged in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I searched for a fuse but found nothing labeled for this actuator.

Same problem

Did you end up having any luck fixing it? It rains so much where I live and mine is stuck on the floor vents. I need to get it to defrost mode or else I have to keep my windows down

No I haven't. But you can unplug it. Pull the screws and remove the actuator and move the lever by hand to whichever vents you want. But if you try it before you remove the actuator you'll just ruin the actuator but if it's no good it don't matter I just reached up under there and yanked mine. Cuz it was stuck on defrost It was fogging my window up
