2003 TLS - Weak Spark in 3 Front Ignition Coils

I am new here,great forum !

The engine light on my 03 TLS came on this morning after noticing diffecult acceration.

I took the car to a nearby merchanic shop because I did not want to ruin the engine or cause more damage. The machanic teels me I have weak spark in 3 front ignition coils. His recomendation was that we replace all the 6 ignitions coils and the spark plugs.

Before a go and spend money replacing parts, I want your ideas on the following questions.

My questions:
1. What other issues can cause this problem aside the ignition coil/plugs.Does is mean all the 3 front coils/plugs are bad? I find it hard to believe that all the 3 front coils can go bad at the same time

2.What are the best aftermarket coils/plugs and where can I get them for good price.

3.Oh , yes I have a cold intake, very close to the ground. Could it be that i have water in my engine bay ? If yes , what are my options.

What were the code(s) set? I would think it's rare for 3 coils to fail at once.

dont go back there!!! that guy doesnt know acura and wants to rip you off

go to a parts store and get a free code reading- it will probably say multi cyl misfire
-which really means 1 coil has failed
buy 1 for 50 bucks at parts store- see other threads here on testing each coil to find the bad one (if replacing all spark plugs it will be the bad looking one has dead coil)

If more than 70kmiles and had a coil prob- replace the spark plugs if not recently new
If new- replace the one on bad coil- its gotten loaded with crud from not firing

reset the ECU to clear codes and let the system self test after coil install
remove CLOCK fuse on passenger end of dash for 1 minute to do that easily
