I pushed my e-brake pedal, but when I release it the brakes stay locked. Any solutions?

Assuming that the pedal isn't broke, check the actual parking brake drum shoes and linkage in the rear rotors.

 

Thanks for the tip, but if you could be a little more detailed that would be awesome. I don't know what I am looking for...amateur. When I pushed my parking brake I think I pushed it too hard. It went right to the floor and I heard a clunk. The pedal still works as usual just the tires are locked.

 

Might have to jack up the car on the rear and check both wheels to see which wheel is stuck, that test will tell you where to look.
You should be able to see the cable with an adjustment nut on the pedal, is it returning ?
