I have a 2003 acura Tl. Whenever i accelerate while turning there is a loud clicking noise that comes from the left front of the car. I have had a mecanic look at it and he could not duplicate the noise while on the lift so he was not sure where it was coming from. Have you heard of this happing before?

 

You tore the CV boot, this requires the replacement of the half shaft.

 

Don't mess with remanufactured axles. Lots of people have had vibration problems with them. NEW axles are available aftermarket from places like napa. Most are reasonably priced and have good warranties. New from dealer are obscenely expensive.

 

cv axle. How a mechanic couldn't diagnose that is beyond me.
