2000 TL timing belt & water pump
Got this out of the thread for the 99 TL, would this still all be the same for my 2000 TL?
1. Timing Belt, 14400-P8A-A02
2. Timing Belt Hydraulic Tensioner/Pusher, 14520-P8A-A01 (optional, but highly recommended)
3. Timing Belt Tensioner Roller, 14510-P8A-A01 (optional, but highly recommended)
4. Timing Belt Idler, 14550-P8A-A01 (optional, but highly recommended)
5. Camshaft Seals (order two), 91213-P8A-A01 (optional, but good idea to replace due to inexpensive cost)
6. Water Pump, 19200-P8A-A02
7. A/C Compressor Drive Belt, 38920-P8C-A02
8. Power Steering Drive Belt, 56992-P8A-A01
9. Crankshaft Oil Seal, 91212-P8A-A01 (optional, but it's inexpensive and easy to replace once you have everything apart)
10. Valve Cover Gasket (order two), 12341-P8A-A00 (you should perform a complete valve adjustment at 105k so the valve cover gasket will need to be replaced)
11. Spark Plug Tube Seals (order six), 12342-P8A-A01 (whenever the valve cover is off, these should be replaced.)
12. Long Life OE Spark Plugs (order six), 98079-5514N (needs to be replaced at 105k service).
going from here, http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray........
most of them look the same, but I was wondering what the difference is between the parts below....
14510-PGE-A01
14510-P8A-A01
and the difference between
14550-PGE-A01
14550-P8A-A01
And which of these would be correct for my car?

contact the parts dealer for a kit- they know exactly what you need
Buy NGK Iridium spark plugs at local parts stores for under 7 bucks each
If you want to put a lightweight crankshaft pulley on- this is the time for it.
That will require a different size ps belt- instructions will have correct part number.
I would replace the AC belt tensioner along with the new belts, not worry for another 100k miles if you take care of parts change out now-
a little $$ now for a part, versus a lot for damage from failed part and labor to replace or repair it later.
Replace the 2 big radiator hoses and the smaller hoses that run to the TB assembly, and the thermostat. Better safe....
Rubber gets soft and can collapse under pressures inside system

There are enough differances in the 99 to 00 motor that an acura parts expert is your new friend
Foam it a few weeks before the service- do the oil method too- then change oil and filter immediatly

reminder to all- seafoam is available in a 16 oz aerosol spray can- like paint!!
Makes it easy to control the amount of stuff going in- see whats happening directly!
Makes you go slowwwww slowwww and do a much better job in the end
Call your part store- one of them carries it in liquid and srpay- the spray is sold as DEEP CREEP--great stuff- does far more than we ever suspected- simialr to wd in some respects
