2000 3.2 tl

I have a 2000 acura 3.2 TL.... It is currently idling really rough, does not accelerate very well and shakes violently when It gets around 55 mph. I have changed plugs and replaced one coil... Problem still exists.... Any ideas? cel, tcs, and maint. lights are on...

Get your cel checked at an auto parts store for free.
We need to have codes before giving advice rather than throwing around random answers.

im gonna guess egr ports and passage are clogged solid to start

next would be: what plugs exactly did you install? NGK Iridium, NGK Platinum...correct!!
or acdelco bosch or other incorrect bs the parts store sold you??

what made you replace 1 coil?
did you reset the ecu after new coil install?
simply remove CLOCK fuse on passenger end of dash for a minute
thats the `secret backup power` for the ecu, causes a self test/relearn and clears all codes

we need the current codes before you clear them, then retest when they come back to verify
multi cyl misfire is 1 coil 98% of the time,,and coils are easily damaged during plug change,,
set it down a little too hard on the workbench and internals fail soon after,,maybe a few to several months.. but it happens

mait req light is nothing more than the oil change reminder- its activated by miles since last reset of system
see diy section for procedure, very easy from driver seat

Turned out one coil had a crack in it and was firing out of the side! Another coil wasnt firing at all but the wires to it were still hot. Temporarily fixed one coil and replaced the other.. so far so good. Thank you all.
