What up everyone!

I have 2003 TL-s and i just hit 105k miles. What should be my next step as far as a tune up? I would like to keep my car up to par and running strong. Also, I had my recalc done with the 2nd gear problem; and I still had to replace the Tranny, but now that im on my 2nd tranny (about 7,000miles on it) when im in 2nd gear my steering wheel gets a little shakey.

So to be clear- you had 1 warranty trans replacement and that has 7000 miles on it?
If you suspect its trans in any way- go to the dealer- warranty trans has its own warranty
and they will go for a drive with you.

Shake at speed is often tire wear problem or tires need rebalancing.
You live where the roads are not good! Once a year balance and alignment is not unusual

105k miles is: The Big One
water pump- timing belt -some tensioners- spark plugs- valve adjustment etc. expect $1200 if a shop does it all, or do the basic things yourself and save 200-400 on the total.

 

Yea, Im on my 2nd trans.
Im goin to take it back in so they can drive it.
another problem that Im having is my headlights. I have moisture build up in both headlights and I think my ballast went out because i replaced the bulbs with new ones and still no lite. Have u had the same problem?

 

moisture or condensation in headlight is a known problem with second gen TL. If you did not fix the problem promptly, the water will damage the ballast or igniter or both.
