So I've got the instructions on how to remove it - which I think that I'll need to do to install my Injen CAI. My questions are - 1] Will I have a problem removing it by myself? 2] Is there anything I should be aware of during the process? and 3] Is the reinstall a fairly smooth process - i.e - does it line itself back up, etc?

1. easy to do by yourself, but you don't have to remove entire bumper to install a CAI.
2. be careful when removing plastic plugs they break if you pry them off too hard
3. putting it back on is much easier than taking it off, which is pretty easy anyways.
