Unhappy 03 tl s

P0740 ACURA - Transmission Lock-Up Control System Fault

P0780 ACURA - Shift Control System Fault

Oregon Transmission said Trans is done. Fluid is good 243k

Thing is VSA light comes on. car stops accelerating and revs to 6-8k rpms
3-4 second delay going from P to D5 or R to D5. Car will be at 6mph then suddenly rev up and then down shift to a lower gear.
(Trump Voice)-Very scary
feels like a manual doing 60 while in 2nd or 3 rd. Car at times does shift hard but not jerky.
anyways in yalls opinion- is the transmission toast? If so I got a used one lined up $1300 out the door with 130k

Yes, your transmission is dead. This topic has been done a million times, you want this thread: https://acurazine.com/forums/second-...n-swap-905115/

Don't put another TL tranny in, you'll be in the same boat again shortly.

Anyone in this forum from Oregon that would be willing to do the swap?
