I don't know the exact steps, but it is something that can be done urself. I talked to an acura tech. and he said its not too bad, you just gotta get down to the throttle body. if you have a lil experience w/ workin on a car, you should be good. let me know if u find the how to.

hi,
do you have any tips on getting the throttle body off? I tried today and unbolted the 4 bolts that i thought held it together, but it would not come off, should I pry it off with a flathead screwdriver? i'm trying to get to the IAC valve.

Most likely the gasket is holding it on. I wouldnt use a flathead screwdriver unless you were VERY VERY carefull not to mar up any of the surfaces

I would use a screw driver (small) or a putty knife
