we can always speculate....

an 02 base exhaust will not work on an 03 TL-S

an 02 base intake will not work on an 03 TL-S

an 02 base front or rear bumper will fit on an 03 TL-S

an 02 base drivers seat will not fit on an 03 TL-S

an 02 base passenger seat will fit in an 03 TL-S

an 02 base radio will fit in an 03 TL-S

anything else you can think of guys?

What else would you like to do? Updating the gauges to LEDs will be a good upgrade too. Any other questions you may have?

Nope.

TL-P has a 2" stock diameter exhaust. It also ONLY has a mid-muffler.

TL-S has a 2.25" stock diameter exhaust. It has BOTH a mid-muffler and an exhaust resonator.

However, the piping thins out when it splits.

Correct so the TL-P has a LOT to gain if you do a cat-back exhaust and header. It's 30hp plus gain easy. Not much money as 20-30 of that comes from the 4-500 DC Sports/Comptech headers 10-15 from the exhaust.

Yea, adding headers are is top on my list after the ATLP exhaust.

Also note, the 99-01 TL-P cars have both a mid-muffler and an exhaust resonator. Basically all 2g TLs have them except the 02-03 TL-P, which only have mid-muffler.
