02 Convertion ???????????

02 Convertion ???????????
I want to do an 02 convertion on my 99 TL, but I don't know where to start. I wrecked it the other day. My front left fender is damage, front left light,front bumper. Do you guys think thats enough damage to be thinking about a convertion ?
