02 acura TL

First time on here but ju at bought a 02 TL and when I first start it it idles good then after 5 minutes it's starts to idle roughly bouncing from 1k rpms to 2k back fourth what could be the problem?

It could possibly have air trapped in the cooling system and need to be be burped.

Check the coolant level as MarcDavidoff suggested.
If everything checks out, try cleaning the IAC valve.

are you driving in that time and at next stoplight it has idle issue?
Or
are you warming the car up for several minutes and it starts jumping around in Park?
