Hey guys.

well last week thursday i got into a two car hit and run.. yeah not 1 but 2. this dum ass with a riced out orange Del Sol intintionally drove me off the road and side swipped my rear bumper and wheel on the driver side. i spun out and he clipped my passenger side rear and made me spin the other way. Then my front end spun and Side swiped a 90s style LX Mustang. so my whole front was pretty messed up. So after i got hit both thoughs ass fled. I swear i hate las vegas right now and the drivers. makes me so want to go back to hawaii. but here is the carnage!!! i just dropped off my car today with my insurance and they are going to get her all fixed up. So hopefully my car will be back to normal and with a better paint job after she is back from the shop.

Huh.

A Hit and Run is a felony charge. So they would be negligent per se in tort law. Did you sustain any injuries? It's obvious you have property damage... plus emotional distress...

Must be the lawyer in me speaking. But this would be a great case to take up... if there was a way of identifying those guys or if they get caught.

If you're able to ID them or they get caught, get an attorney. You can get recovery from those f*ckers and give it to them where it hurts.

Thanks guys. yeah i know what that guy looks like. the funny thing is when i was waiting at the intersection waiting for the light he pulled up next to me. he walked out of his car in the middle of traffic walked down the road and walked back and looked though my windsheild. so im thinking that he wanted to f*&k with me from the start.

What some guys are saying is the del sol was probably stolen and used to screw with people. so i guess i was the target of this whole stupid crap. well the guy was hispanic and looked like a gang member type of guy. the other guy i hit was also hispanic but id say late 40s or so. the del sol guy was a young guy. but if i see them i think i would be able to id them.

I just got off the phone with the adjuster guy and its about $4300 in damages. they are replacing the hood, front and rear bumpers, headlight, fog light, some structure damages under the bumper, my AEM CAI due to the broken mount, and maybe the fenders or so. they are going to see what they can do. also they are going to send my wheel off to get it polished out and fixed. So i hope it comes out pretty well.

III - YUP DUDE IM ABOUT TO GO CRAZY IN LV!!!!. thank god im going back home to hilo in 1 week!!!!. next week ont he 1st ill be heading home for 3 weeks. all paid!!!!. so im going to have to get my room mate to pick up my car when im gone. but it will be waiting for me when i come back.

The one thing i love about my insurance company is they garentee the work for life as long as i own the car. So even if im not the one that picks it up when i come back and if something is not up to par i can call them and they will take care of it. so im glad im with progressive. they are providing me with great service and i highly prise them.

but ill post up some pics when its done and all new.

i hope that guys that did that hit and run rot in hell. sorry small kind vent.

Good thing that you didn't get injured. And most of the damages seem to be cosmetic, limited to body panels. Good luck with the repairs.

Wow that, is really sad. I can't stand when things like that happen to people with nice cars. Why can't people just get use to the fact that people will have better cars than you do. Thats no reason to hit someone that has a better car than yours and run...I hope cops will catch them and you can identify those mo-fos.

Chase someone when no personal injury involved- like you saw them hit and run, a kid in street- will get YOU on Felony reckless driving and more if you happen to crash them~ in self defense yea riiiiiiight
