correct me if i'm wrong, but the stock size is 3"(diameter of circle) right? there's a few exhaust tips for sale in the black market, but i want the size to be a little bigger... not stock size.. is 3.25" (again, diameter of the circle) a noticable upgrade from stock?

what other sizes are there? i'm looking at 3a tips, but other tips will do.. can you guys post pics of your tips?? yes, tips, not a whole exhaust thingy..

i'm asking b/c i'm getting a kit soon (do'nt know when, but soon) so the stock tips will need to be changed..

i'm looking for soemthing that will look just right, not too rice, but not as small as stock...

Actually I measured my stock tips at 2.5", and replaced them with 3" chrome tips. Now it doesn't look so weak from behind.

oh yeah comptech is a good size, but that's an exhaust, i'll just be buying tips..

i'd take a pic for ya but my car's still in the shop. they look pretty much exactly like those pics of the ct exhaust above. just picture the same tips on the stock mufflers. that's what mine looks like. go to autozone bro

sorry if i'm jacking this thread but which tip size would look good on a TL w/o the rear kit? i don't want it sticking out too much....my stocks are fine..just one is a little bent at the bottom
