What are these??

Guys I've been trying to find these on parts sites because I need new ones..a tab is broken. What are they called? Does anyone have any?(passenger and driver)

I had a tab brake on mine as well, I actually just used a small screw in place of the tab and it holds great. Just don't screw it through the plastic.

The things are only 4 bucks a piece. why waste time with JB weld
