What do you think of the 'leather bra' look?
Anyone like the look of the TL with a leather bra? My bumper collected alot of scratches over the summer and I do plan to repaint next summer but for the winter season coming I was thinking of putting one on. My TL is laguna green in color.
Is there any TL's in here with the bra look?
Thanks.

You guys really thinks it looks that bad? Hmm.... I'm not a huge fan but I don't think its that bad. I'd like to see more pictures to actually tell whether or not its a good look.

Why do you wear a bra? Because breasts need to be supported!
And not your TL
I have since a few in person and they just look bad - like a old woman's bra! It just stands out.
Doesn't look that bad on a Dark coloured car - it does have a functional quality, if you use it correctly.

You know i think all bra's are ugly,But the bra will protect the car from alot of things, really, i'd drive with the bra on all the time just to keep my front clean and free form thosse damn dead bugs. think of a girl and her bra, you see this lump, but they are covered. so when you go to take off the shirt and the bra, to lick them nipples, they havent been exposed to everything in tarnation, anyway you get point.

Well I sure could of used it today at the parking lot where someone hit my car on the front bumper leaving some noticeable marks. I don't know who did it although I do remember the car last parked on my right was an MDX. This happened at work so we'll see tomorrow if his bumper's got some scratches.

Look good for the first year, while they are eating at your paint job.
Can't really stop the bra from moving somewhat at highway speeds and that causes the paint to wear. Get a littly dirt behind the bra and you have a real mess on your hands.

i think its reallly nasty looking on any car. i would look into the clear bra ROCKBLOCKER makes. also, you could try to just put the bra on when you take roadtrips. im pretty sure its not hard to put on and take off. thats what i was going to do but now that i have the oem lip i heard it wont fit around that

I just purchased a used mask bra on ebay for about 80 bucks. My front bumper was hit not too long ago and I have chips on the tips of my hood, so I'm going to put the bra on for a little bit. I have the bumper and the hood mask. I also have a 2002 Nighthawk BLack Pearl color, so I don't think it would look that bad on a black car since tha bra is black too.

Do they have one for the rear also? Or is it just for the front
#33
Why would you need one for the rear? Unless you're speeding backwards down a freeway, there's almost no chance that rocks or nething will fly up and chip your paint on the back of your car. I'm 99% positive they don't make one for the rear.

But Why?
For the life of me I don't understand why ANYONE would put a bra on a car that is exposed to dust and grime.
You WILL wreck the paint job, period !!!!! I don't care how much wax you put on the car the dust, etc. gets under the bra and rubs on the paint at highway speeds, chewing up the paint.
I've expierenced this first hand.
Go for the 3M clear stick on protector. Computer cuts out the pattern for YOUR vehicle and you can hardly tell it is there. Especially on a Silver car.
So far I've had a number of rocks hit mine and it puts a little dent in the protector, but protects the paint.
New techology that works and looks great !!
