No, that is a piece of plexiglass that was cut in the shape of the hole and then painted with a paint blend that closely matched the interior color.

 

so basically you can't use your trunk at all huH?

 

I use it everytime I'm in the car...it just can't be used in it's intended fashion.

 

how many watts are u pumping out of that thing? ever put it in a bass contest to see how many decibels u can hit?

 

The amps are set up as follows...
Zapco 200 running the tweeters
Zapco 350 running the front mids
Zapco 360 running the rear mids
Zapco 750 running the subs

I don't know the total wattage b/c I don't know the exact output of the amps but based on their written wattage...close to 1,600 watts. The car is set up for SQ so i never checked to see what my decibal level is.

hey sly, you have one of the few systems that has a separate in dash dvd along with the navi setup....i'm curious if this setup affects the navi-voice? or are you still able to hear the voice come on to give you directions...and if so, do you still have it mute the front speakers?
