i dont think they are color matched, im pretty sure they are semi gloss black. and that blue tl is not an a-spec.
his calipers are blue, and his grill is blue....chances are....he painted his housing's blue too.

Here's the information that wikipedia has about the A-Spec model:
"Available only in Canada, Acura released an A-SPEC version of its popular TL Type-S. This edition was limited to 800 units, 400 in Nighthawk Black Pearl (NBP) and 400 in Aegean Blue Pearl {ABP}. The differences between the A-SPEC and non-A-SPEC were cosmetic. This trim came with a full painted skirt kit. The A-SPEC featured blue perforated leather accents found on the steering wheel, the shift knob ( which was also different), the seats and the door panels. The rest of the black leather was stitched with a matching blue thread. The front headlights, front grille and door handles were painted same as the body color instead of the chrome found on other trims. Side turning markers were also exclusive to this model. Aluminum accents replace the black ones on the center console and the doors. There were also aluminum Acura door sills on the A-SPEC. The wheels were also model specific. The A-SPEC also got a new spoiler with red lights on either side of it. To top it off there were subtle A-SPEC badges on the carpets and under the usual 3.2 TL Type-S badges."

try to locate a part #, and then contact honda or acura to see if you can order that part.
prepare to spend $1000+/- on a set of headlights though.

the blue one is mine when it was a virgin, its color matched, my tl is a base type s, but those are authentic aspec headlights.
the grille was painted all blue, all i have now is the emblem silver, stock aspecs, have the wing and embelm silver, frame is colored.
that pic has no sidemarkers, i installed cb7 side markers on it (yea i have balls) and its flush to the fender, rather than the aspec side markers, are beveled, amber, and i would say identical to the s2000
interiors are the same in both, pretty stupid imo, woulda looked hot in a black/silver theme
and to get parts, good luck, u do need the aspec vin, a digit is diff when the dealers here pull it up, and i bet to get parts for this car now is unlikely, doubt they produce parts for a 2003 car anymore...rare parts that is

cool, thanks for the info....can i see some up-close pics of your cb7 side markers?
the S2000(AP1) side markers arent even close to what the a-spec ones look like. your CB7 ones look alot like BB6, or EK side marker's.

To whomever has been e-thugging this thread ... do everyone a favor ... put the person you are not in agreement with on your respective "ignore list". Problem solved.
There is no need to insult people on this board. We are (hopefully) grown-ups. And I (along with the other mods) don't feel like cleaning up this boards any more than we have to.
Now ... going back on-topic, it's funny to see how some people desire the things we can't have. I did the JDM conversion since it seemed cool to be a little different than other Acuras in my area. The A-Spec conversion seems like a very tedious process ... and obtaining the original OEM parts is not an easy (or cheap) task.
Good luck to the OP on finding what they are looking for.

murdaz your car is secks, hawt sweaty secks.
and on the topic of a-spec-ness. how would one go about painting door handles? what's the process to removing them?
and would paint adhere to chrome well enough that repeated used, ie. opening door, wouldnt fade it?
