Thanks AcuraTLS03, I really appreciate it. As everyone can see I suck at taking pics and getting to the net. Photos really don't do the ABP justice but it's the best I could do. I doubt very seriously that you guys will see dyno slips from me. I don't really do the track seen anymore, to much abuse to the car. Thus the reason I sold the Civic/B18. But if for some reason I get crazy this summer and do make it to the track I'll post the slips.

 

CT Sways are on order, CT springs are on it, and header. That's it. I'm very conservative with this car, I don't want to get crazy. I gotta start saving for a house. Oh and a digital camera

I beat down a ricer Integra with a big fart can but it was really no contest. I was just messin around. I drove up and down Tennessee and Monroe last night trolling for prey. But #1 the students are gone for their break before summer schooll so there goes the funnest competition. #2 I think because my car is a grocery getter they don't really try me. So it's not as easy to find a race as it was in my Civic(nearly at every light). I'm being patient though. I actually saw the new BMW 6 in black last night but I didn't want to get my tail whipped so I acted very uninterested in racing him.

 

TypeSLady - The SC looks awesome, I'm jealous. I'm sure your car can really move now. Looks Great.

 

I will say this, there is no drop off or low point through the rpm range. It's just this continuous push through the band. The delivery of the extra ponies is nice and smooth. Kind of like I just purchased a car with more horsepower. I love taking the VSA off for kicks, dropping it down to not the gate shifting but the other mode starting at 1 and spinning the tires and flying through the gears. I can just smell the rubber on those crap tires and it covers my muds guards. It's is very easy to end up in the red zone which I found myself doing a few times when I first got it. Everything seems to happen so fast I have to really be careful about that because before I know it I'm there. You know usually when VTEC kicks it, it serves as kind of like a reminder to look at the rpm range. But I don't even hear or feel it anymore, it just blends in with the more power. Sometimes I still find my knees shaking when I come to a stop at the light from the excitment. I love it!

I'll keep everyone posted on my runs, how my tranny holds up, maintenance, etc. Thanks everyone for listening to me blab.

Thanks. It's by Wings West, not sure of the part number. I got it off of ebay for cheap I think it was like $180 +10 s/h. Painting and install was like $75

No, you can't even tell you have something on it until you get on it. And only then do you hear a slight whine. It sounds goooooooooodddddd... I waste gas sometimes just to hear it.

Hey, thanks! Yeah, VR did the install and did a great job. I'll be going back soon for the brakes to be upgraded and Stage 2 tranny. I'm having fun in the meantime.
