SSM TLs from the SW

Coming from Arizona, just finished pouring yet more $ into my TL. I'm one of those guys who swore a kit was not for me but after seeing so many beautiful TL's on this site ( you know who you all are!) I couldn't resist. All comments welcome as I love reading all of the comments that you guys leave. After all, that's why we fix up our rides in the first place right?

Your kit looks great, especially with those wheels. Everytime I see one I think about getting one for myself.

Like the deep rich sound but not into it too much between 2-3k rpm. I use 4th gear on the hwy when going over 70 to keep it quite. Sometimes wish they made silencers like Comptechs but like the look way better than Comptechs.

A couple of you asked about the drop. I'm using just Comptech springs, that's it.

None. I went with 48mm offset for that very reason. It tucks perfect, even with 3 people in the back. No need for any fender rolling...

Yeah, the only thing I didn't like about the Neuspeed was that they didn't included any silencers or resonators to dampen the sound.

Sorry I haven't checked but is it possible to have custom silencers for them? I have had mine on since Dec. and yes sometimes it's a little loud.

How's the ride with the Comptech springs and stock shocks? Are they comfortable?

Awesome. I've been riding this way for almost 2 years now and it's perfect. The type-s shocks are stiffer than the reg TL so the match is a good one. Once the stock shocks go out I'd probably then go with the Koni yellows that a lot of people are using on this site...Or maybe just go with new type S ones since they've been good to me...

I went to a shop and had them replace the fake "resonator" with two real resonators.

atokishi, your car is gorgeous. Love the debadged rear and exhaust. Hopefully, one day, my car will look nearly as fine as yours. Excellent work.

Is that the cylinder looking thing by the Cat? How does it sound now? Does a resonator restrict any air flow?

Yeah that's why I bought them as well. I wanted a match and the Racing Hart CX multi piece comes just as you see it.
