Springs are in!

I just lowered the TL on intrax lowering springs they are 2.3 in front and 1.8 in the back. They ride very very smooth no bouncing atall and im still on the stock shocks. Its tucked in the front and a finger gap in the back it looks insane, just the drop i wanted. The ride is very close to stock. Im so glad I didnt listin to the people on these forums that bashed these springs that never even tried them..... Heres som pix.

What he said. Hopefully you have some good roads where you're at. I like the look of the drop looks more aggressive.

That looks slammed. The front looks a lot lower than the rear. Not really feeling it. But anything is better than that damn factory gap. lol Be careful of the front bumper. A kit would really make it look good.

Not bad, the front looks a little too low for the rear though. Props for trying a different suspension set up.

glad you like the setup. it looks pretty clean. just as a thought though, i would consider shocks soon b/c your stock ones will go in no time with that kind of drop. i think many of us bashed on those because it's not a very even drop, not so much that it doesn't ride well. but nontheless, if you like it, that's all that matters. congrats on the new mod.

it's probably because the springs are weak in the front.

No its because thats what those springs are supposed to look like they are supposed to be lower in the front. they give the car a raked stance... Its better than saggy eibachs ive seen and the old h&r`s that look like back lower than the front. I believe comptechs give a nice rake as well.

The front looks awesome! I wish mine was like that. And yes, the rear does look a little silly all jacked up compaired to the front. But IMO, it looks 10x better than having the front sit higher than the rear.

Any plans for a system in the trunk? This looks to be a pretty good setup for crazy audio in the trunk.

Yup already have a system from before. Its all done and hooked up, its one of the first things I did with my car. The box isnt in the trunk in those pics tho I took it out before the spring install.

How does it being raked make it rice? integra or civic looking? I guess bmw`s benzes mustangs and such are rice too because the majority of cars I see are those with a raked stance/drop......

i think it looks great, im going for the rake also by means of a pro kit....maybe a comptech if i can still source one when i have the $$$.... the rake gives it a really agressive look IMO.. when do you plan on putting the box in i'd like to see how much it drops the back

I personally like the "raked" look. It's very subtle. And props for keeping that car so clean.
