Some PIX of my TL :)
Hey guys, It finally stopped raining in NYC, so I was bored, and I took some pix of my car. Im thinking about removing my moonroof visor, does it make the car look narrow?
I need a nice detailing job on the paint, Acura paint is crap.

thanx.. after the car washes the swirls are bad. When the weather gets a bit warmer, i'll go for the detailing.
the rims are 18s, I'll try to make it to the meet, I would love for a meet a bit closer though

your tl is the only reason i sometimes think "hey i wish i had a black tl". LOVE IT!!!
btw are your fogs HID's?? i heard that putting hids in the fogs make them into huge floodlights. is it true?

Those are projections foglights, each fog has 90 degrees light output, so they are pretty damn bright. Thats why I pointed mine to the ground, but it still shoots some light everywhere.
In the day time, when they are off, they have an awesome gold shine look.

oh yeah, u only get those floodlights if yer housing/lense is not designed for HIDs, im sure u seen plenty of cars in NYC that blind the crap outta u, and notice, their output is only like 5-10 feet. I did see a few 02-03 TL withs HIDs fogs, not bad...looks even better with yellow film.

the flash from the camera brought the yellow out, they are actually, the amber part, is tinted black. Im going to make the amber part even darker(darker film)... The clear tails are tooooo common.

SO... That's how OE's will look like... I have them for the longest time but just never got a chance to install them. Looks nice! Very close to where I would want them to be... BTW, those wheels are slick bro! Are they from the new infinity? cuz they sure looks like 'em...
You get rid of your visors yet?

thank you guys! yep, Aces.... Ross Dock meet, its a 50% Yes, I have to make sure of few things prior.
Nsxnext, The moonroof visor, I never tighten it too much, plus I will be going for a buffing anywayz, so they will remove those marks from the moonroof visor and I still have some tiny marks left from the damn mud guards.....
So everyone agrees? the moonroof visor gots to go?

nice car another east coast tl, that front chrome plate is a bit much, other that that your car is hot man. BTW i got the visor on my WDP Type S , some of my friends tell me to lose it, it will probally make the car look cleaner but i do a lot of highway driving and it helps with wind noise so i may keep it

exactly, it definitely has it purpose. Thats why I put it on in the first place, plus it also blocks the sun when the moonroof is open.
so its Looks VS Purpose
are you talking about the license plate? its skulls, which matches my rear plates with lit up skulls....i only have it to protect my bumper from other drivers when they park, because the plates (skulls) stick out.

I had those rims on my car also, but in chrome and they didn't look as good on my car lol. So I went with new rims, this time in gunmetal.

Smiley, im not a fan of chrome, so I went with HyperBlack, the polish is mad shiny, and it looks good.

subtle, i had it black before, the grille and the bottom, and I didnt it like it, I feel like I have a more aggressive look like that....but we'll c. we'll c.
Guav, thanx man, I was actually thinking of going either very dark non-shiny red or black on the calipers....It suck though, cauz u have to repaint the damn calipers once every 2-3 months...a pain in the aSS. (and no, not CL tips)
