Good luck with that man, when you get a lip you'll have to park on the street.

I've decided to go the same route. I debated on going and picking up a Civic SI but i have a feeling i will really miss the TL. Rims, drop, mudflaps painted to match all coming soon!

What are your plans?

thanks everyone.....lol yea i know when i slam it i wont even be able to get up in the driveway with or without a lip i scrape now and im only on H&R Sports without a kit so imagine when i upgrade to the coilovers how it would be

KLepto: i took them on the driveway to show how it is coming out on springs so when i get coilovers i can show how it is with those because i dont plan on getting a kit for the car...

as far as telling you guys what it is lol ill show you a little something once i get the photoshop pics of it all i will say is im doing a new paint job and a couple other things lol

alright slight change of plans lol i highly doubt i will be doing a brand new color when it comes to paint job......reason why is because it would be too much of a hassle so i was thinkin maybe id just paint the car the same color but add a little something extra....as far as slammin it im gonna go with some coilovers but not tein because they dont go low enough.....like i said i plan on taking a different route with the car.....rim wise do you guys think i should go with 18's or 19's???

also are there any other colors you would recommend besides black, gunmetal, or chrome??

here are the choices of rims so far i narrowed it down to 4 choices:

TSW Rocket 5 (black)

Axis Hagens (Chrome)

Axis Hiro (anthracite)

Racing Hart CR (black)

i cant see the pics of your car for whatever reason but if i had a choice ide go 19 with air ride. im not really into any of those wheels but wheels are tough, its really preference. ide suggest looking at MRR wheels(im bias of course). they have some dope rims at very good prices and the right offsets. also i was looking for the hayames to send you a link and it looks like they may have been disconinued?
here the link http://www.mrrwheels.com/index.html

here the link http://www.mrrwheels.com/index.html

actually i found some sites where they had the hayames for the 98-02 accords i was going to go ahead with those but over at .net there is a group buy for omni sport coilovers are they any good???...hmm ill look into the MRR wheels to see what they have to offer...the reason i made this choice of rims is because i dont see many people on the streets with them well at least here in jersey lol.....here is the link to the pics of my car again

BTW: The MRR GT-1's look hot

get 18s. 19s ur bend them on nj roads son. esp since you drive alot. hagens are discontinued for sure. i checked already. get the CRs in 18s 1 piece. do you really need a 2 piece wheel? save the money for something else.

the TSWs are hot but look at the spokes. they go out to the outside of the rim. hit a curb and your rim will be f#@ked uppp

on an 18 everyone tries going +48, 18x7.5 is ideal. i dont rub at all. im not sure how low the hayames actually can go, says 0-4 but i think honestly think it can go lower. im also not sure about the pillow mount but im pretty sure they do, if the pillow mount is considered the top hat of the spring. its a total replacement coilover. all stock comes out and these go right in.

I'm almost positive the Hiros come in an 8.5" width and the offset is too low. If you slam the car they are gonna rub. Well either that or you're gonna have ridiculous camber issues.

I got a set of mint Racing Hart C2 3-piece wheels in my garage collecting dust.

you can go +42 and up on a 18X7.5 rim wit 225/40 tire. dats my size and i rub 1 or twice a day. use a dremel and shave off the tab and youll have no rubbing.

BTW: i know Z3Ro has done the black hood and stuff but he took it all the way back which is something iam not doing because i also plan on having the hood wrapped later on so this will only be temporary i also have a few more things up my sleeves so we'll see how it goes but it will take some time.....please choose which option you guys like best i personally like 2 and 5 but dont know if i should repaint the car blue or keep it the original color.
