You messed with the contrast too much in that pic... Im not going to be mean and say your car doesnt look good, because it does have some things going for it... The style of tha rims are hot, especially 19's... I just wish you wouldnt put those stickers on your window... I mean you have a nice car and your just beggin for attention with all that $hit on there... Why dont you just build a stock car with all that spare doe, and grease all your friends fo sho...Shyne

Slammed Is Right

Dude,

Uhhh...okay.

It must be a hoot to take that thing over speed bumps...or for that matter...anything on the road that's over a cm tall.

This reminds of one of my favorite commercial jingles....Rice-O-Roni...the San Francisco treat! :p

Cool busted TL

Here is a pic from the back of the busted TL a friend took while we were cruising.
Alpine CVA front screen
Clarion monitors in the head rests.

And yes they are the same wheels in the picture then what you saw on the street.

I personally like that "slammed" look!! Your cars off the hook...im not too crazy about your wheels though but the size of those and that slammed body makes it look good. Get you some 19" chrome giovanna or lowenharts or something!! Hey, how'd you drop your car that low? did you use them air cylinders?

Hey, what porn are you all talking about?? i didn't see no porn in the pic

busted tl suspension

The suspension is nex coilovers.
They ride a little stiff but then again it could be the tire 215/35/19.
I can lower it until it is litterally sitting flat touching the ground. I drive everyday tucking to the rim in the back and the front tucks half the tire. I scrap everywhere, and the inside of my fenders are all polished up from the tire hitting them but I love the way it looks. I know it's not most of your style but I'm and old school low rider man miself (mazda pick-up with hydros) turned import racer (GSR, Accord, JDM Tyre R) turned TL guy. It's my sixth fully fix up car I have built, you guys have to remember that it's still a HONDA (which means ricer), and HONDAs were built to be modified.
Anyways peace.

PS. the car will be at the NOPI Nationals.

Thats exactly what I want!
do you know if nex makes the same coilovers for the 2001 CL?
How much is it going to cost me and did you need to use any type of alinement Kits, if so what did you use?

Thanks Paul

It looks like the car is just sitting on the ground. How do you go over any speed bumps?

Daniel, that's way too low! I understand you're a low rider and that's how you like to mod your car (I got no problem with that), but all that scraping - it just can't be good for the car. It's very damaging to your car. I got H&R race springs, and I think it's just right. I hope you raise your car a few inches - I feel sorry for your car!

smooth i like it its got a lot going for it. the rims would be so smooth if they were chrome i think gold looks to ghetto (chrome looks ghetto to but hey i love it ) check out some 19 LD1's like Ron had and that would be so smooth! how much those nex coilovers go for?

what happens if u drive it while its about 5 cms from the ground and go over a speed bump? it would be funy to see a car get stuck.. the front wheels go over then the car gets stuck on the side skirts... and it'll be rocking like a seesaw or something..haha

I saw a kid with a dropped maxima hold up traffic for about 20 minutes once - he had to get the five cars behind him to back up and get off the road so he could turn around. People on the road weren't too happy :-D

Because he couldn't get over a speed bump or something else?
