Roof Spoiler =)

Where in the sam hell can I find a roof spoiler for my Black 02 TL. I first saw it on a Blue 540 and then I said hmmmm I wonder if they have them for the ack....then I saw Stanman's car and said yippeee they do. WHERE CAN I GET IT and HOW MUCH???

it's a bmw part so you can go to your local bmw dealer or search for online bmw wholesalers or third parties.

it's the e46 piece and you have to cut and shape the ends because it is wider than the top of the rear windshield.

How do you go about cutting and shaping the piece to fit the top of the roof? Did you do it yourself? How much should I expect to pay for the piece ..painted/unpainted.

it's solid and i believe it is made of urethane. it's slightly bowed so it will conform to the top of the windshield. test fit and make markings on the end for length. then you just cut and sand the end till you achieve the shape you want. it's held on by double sided tape or you can use what bmw uses (a very stroing glue). price...depends on your hook ups with parts and paint and custom work if you do not do it yourself.
