I'd say 15hp or so, the dual stage manifold is how the S gets a lot of it's added power.

Along with different tunning, more compression higher redline. I highly doubt it would be anywhere near 15

It's actually a spray paint meant to adhere to plastic surfaces, its able to with stand temperatures of up to 100 degrees, which i doubt the engine will get to that point of melting the plastic. Ive havent had any problems yet, ive had it painted now for about 4 months.

I wonder why everyone missed this one. This has to have been photo-chopped. A GS front end on a TL, looks pretty good to me.

I still believe i got around 15 with it, but that is including my bored S TB which went in at the same time as well as my honed lower manifold plenums. I also hand ported and polished the manifold before putting it on.
On a side note it benefied me a ton, before i put the type S stuff on when i had all the regular boltons i lost to a TLS pretty bad, he had i/h. Now he has i/h/p and i beat him by a carlength or so. The manifolds make a hell of a difference IMO.

Fair enough...where did you get the IM and how much did it set you back?

The story in a nutshell...

I contacted him about sponsoring A-zine to sell my intakes for the TL. I didn't hear back from him. I proceeded to make a thread showing the intakes, dyno tested and proven to make power at a great price. I sold 1 intake, then I hear from him saying it's a "no no". He then tells me I can either sponsor the site at $250 per month or be banned. ($250 is more than all the other sites I've sponsored put together). Then he goes into his inbox history and sees where I did PM him asking for sponsor info and changes the price to like $175. (fluctuating sponsorship pricing...hmmmm) He also made it to where anything typed with my name in it self deletes or breaks the link, which includes my photobucket. So I guess any pic I use in his eyes is "free advertisement". IMO it's just an example of Money hungry abusive moderation.
$250...I'm not even going to mention how many units I'd have to sell just to cover the $250.

The end

More bay pics
