Nice. What brand did you have with the 6000k? I just ordered 6000k lights from www.hidexpress.com.

What brand are you using now?

You would need a 9005 bulb type conversion kit. List price is $799 we having a 50% off Xmas sale for $399. If you want 1 set I can get you one for $379 shipped w/ no tax unless your in CA. If you can get 2 other ppl do get a conversion kit also. I can do a group buy for you guys for $340 each kit shipped.

u need the D2R bulbs that replace the factory 4300k bulbs. 6k is $209, 8k is $219, 10k is $249. Which ever one you choose , I'll give you $20 off. Those prices includes free shipping.

so the D2R lowbeam 6k bulbs for 209.
how much would the highbeam 8k bulbs go for? and i just need the replacement bulb right? actually i would need the whole HID conversion kit for the highs right? damn.. kinda pricey. i'll probably just go for the d2r 6k bulbs.

Yeah, if you call in and mention your on acura-tl.com its $189 shipped for you. Thats w/ the $20 off. The 6000k is more aqua blue color. I'm not sure what color are the razo's pzero bulb.

It's like 3 times brighter than the normal halogen. Plus its like a nice bright blue color, not that yucky yellowish color.

The D2R replacement bulbs are $209 shipped but if you call in and ask for me, I can give it to you for $189 shipped. For the high beam you would need a 9005 conversion kit. The kit includes 2 xenon bulbs, 2 ballast, 2 ignitors, and 2 connectors. Plug and play kit to your factory high beam harness. Takes about 20 min to install. $379 for the entire kit if you call me and mention acura-tl.com. If you get 3 ppl total to do a group buy. I can give you $340 per kit shipped.

Bulb lifespan of 3000+ hrs. Lets say you have your headlights on for a total of 2 hrs a day. 2 hrs X 30 days. 60 hrs per month. 60hrs a month X 12 months = 720 hrs a year.
3000\720=4.16666666666667 so the bulbs should last at least 4 yrs.

It is much brighter on the road, but since you use your high beams a lot I suggest you dont do the conversion kit cuz its bad for the ballast if you consistently turn off and on. I converted mine cuz i hardly use it. I use it for show.

Your factory hid bulbs have been used enough that probably lost lots of lumen, which means it is time for replacement bulbs.
I have brand new Philips 4300k d2r bulbs or 5000k bulbs for sale and those are the same bulbs that you have on your 03 tl. If you go to dealer for replacement bulbs, they will be around $150 a piece.
Also, I can give you some discount since you are a member of this forum.
Let me know if you are interested.

You can either check out my ebay auction and find it. My ebay id is 'akinaboy'.

The two numbers are the same on in my car??? How much do you charge for a pair?
Thanks
