i duno about the top one but the 2nd pic is the Falken Torque5, the same ones I just sold last week. but, I dont think those come in black, so u have to get it powdercoated.

you can black out your headlights yourself... do a search on this board...
basically take off headlights, heat them up, break it open, paint the plstic chrome piece and youre set

i would find somebody who does that...I had mine done local from this guy who has done many jobs on blacking out headlights...
