lasso + motion blur
hehe sorry cant help it.
one recommednation though. try using 'feather' (say about 3-7 pixels) after the lasso and then blur it. i think you'll like the progressive change from focused to blur like that.

Looks nice, the blur looks better when its on the road I think though. Would look better if you spent more time getting the entire car outlined perfectly too.
