Pics of my TL-S and old Solara 56k Beware
I thought I would finally post some pics of my TL-S. Don't worry I'm going to drop it as soon as I get some extra cash. I posted a couple pics of my last toy too.

The lip kit on the Solara is the TRD lip kit made by Molly Designs. Unfortunately it is discontinued but there are still some floating around. His best bet is to check on Solaraguy.org to find somebody selling one. I think there is also a knockoff kit that looks similar that you can find on Ebay but its made of fiberglass instead of polyurethane.

That Solara looks real nice with a kit. But the Toyota engine is butt ugly. And the exhaust manifold is horribly designed. Good color choice on the TL.

How does your TL-S compare to your old Solara?

Yes my Solara was TRD supercharged. It was pretty quick but it was at the point where I was going to have to spend some serious money to get it where I wanted it to be. It was an automatic and the transmission was definately not geared for speed and the stock internals on the motor were weak, so anything over 4psi of boost was risky. I don't have any numbers to back it up but my TL-S seems a lot faster than my old Solara. I think a lot of it has to do with the transmission but it's hard to say. Now if I just had the money to supercharge my TL-S too...
