Photoshop Request
Borrowed photos(Thanks Oh Sickest TL).
Was hoping someone's ps skills could do a couple of renditions for me.
Wanted to see what the car looked like with the following:
B and C pillars body colour matched/chrome window trim blacked out
B pillars body colour matched/chrome window trim blacked out
Thanks in advance.

Gus, much appreciated.
Big thanks to you(and especially your wife) for doing that for me.
Makes the decision much easier to decide which way I want to go with the paint.
Looks like I will be going with the all blue and blacked out chrome.

love love that blue TL-S. Waffles look great on it. I always look on kijiji for cheap 2nd gen TL-S. I've thought about buying one and fixing it up with a J35 and ody trans and throwing my blower on it, then sell the CL.
When are you starting this project Derek? (it is Derek right?)

That TL-S isn't mine, I wished mine looked like that.
Mine needs a complete respray and a number of other things I have planned.
I am hoping to get started by the end of this month/early July,
Have a ton of parts still to get, but, lined up various services that will be required to get the car back to looking right.
There is the odd A-Spec that pops up on Kijiji, a lot of Type-S's....some with decent mileage/prices. You should, would make getting the kids in and out of the car that much easier, and you could still have the fun driving experience like you did with the CL.

Personally, I prefer just the B-pillars body color & not the 1/4 window 'pillar'.
Looks a little out of place to me.

I have only seen cars with the B pillars done as well(not the 2G), but, thought I would take it a step further in trying to do something different.

Funny I just creeped an a-spec on kijiji. If my kids were older I'd probably do it. I just don't have the time these days. If I had a garage I'd buy one and slowly swap things over.

I explained to my wife the importance(to me) of getting one and restoring it back to good as/better than new.
It was the fact that it was one of 400 that won her over.
I have small kids as well, so, the priorities definitely have to be kept in order, but, all in due time.
My original plan(originally for the Accord), was to do the J35/Oddy/M90 S/C setup, but after talking with Paul(NVA-AV6), and him not being able to get his hands on a 1st Gen J-series engine, the M90 project was a no go.
So, N/A J37 build, it is.
