Painted Door Trims and some other pics
2 months ago I got sick of the bowling ball/marble trim and wanted to change up the look of the door trim. if anyone came across this thread: https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-1999-2003-98/wrapping-up-757023/
I attempted to wrap it with carbon fiber fabric vinyl, it was too bulky and the console piece was too hard to wrap. So I went the other route and got it painted by Azine member sleepersho! Thanks! I debated to have it color matched, but instead went with SSM. I think it helps update the interior, I don't have any other plans for the interior except to hopefully have the shifter gate painted SSM as well.
If anyone decides to go this route, I used a step drill to make the hole bigger and then a soldering iron to melt the plastic rivets. Sorry I'm not a great photographer....but enjoy!

Thanks!
Uhh yeah, she probably wouldn't approve lol
Thanks!
I use leather conditioner to keep them in good condition.
Got them from the vendor, I think he still has a few sets left.
Not too bad, I got a door from the junk yard and practiced on that first. Since if you fuck up you can't just buy the trim. I would recommend taking your time, other than that it's pretty easy.

I'm a thrill seeker in my
I couldn't find those Type-S pedals on excelerate's site...Does he still have them in stock?
Also, what is your guys' opinion on the best trim color for the parchment interior?
This has inspired me to paint mine and I was thinking to match them EBP, but I'm not sure.
I know Mikey did that in his TL and color matched his trim MBP. Looked sick.
