If I had wood I would probably do this. I have that black marble-looking interior though, I love it.

that was what was actually around the deck, but the owner before me had circuit city do it so it sucked and was peeling. idk if was the stuff you put in hoods or not but my brother in law said it was cf, btw he did most of work i helped though lol.
but you could probably do it with that cf i just don't think you could put the shiny glaze finish on it for clearence issues.

lol thought of that after i posted it, was thinking how many people are gonna make a joke of the title lol.

thanks for the comments, wasn't sure about it at first but once we finished the first panel, i knew it was gonna look good. it's not something you learn to do over the weekend, especially with those panels. it really helped that i had a pro that works on nuggets cars lol, or else would've paid more and prob not as good of a job.

some kind of fabric glue in a spray gun hooked to a compressor, heat gun, vinyl textured to match the seats closly (should've matched to dash), and a pro lol.

you just open the center console and start to pull up there's like 4-6 clips, no screws.

Looks like the black color is a little off/darker than the dash. Looks clean though. Great work.

wouldn't suggest doing it your self unless you have experience in it, don't know how much it would cost for a shop to do it, idk where he got the fabric but it was $13 for a square yard

I went with the glossy vinyl, i think it would have looked better with the flat look.

the fact that "fake" woodgrain has become some sign of high end in cars these days is a joke.

interior that either matches the car or has a simple 2 color scheme looks way cleaner and more sophisticated then crappy mock wood trim.

they should have started with the marble colors and stuck with that.

OP.. looks 10 times better.. cant wait to get mine painted..

now to just find a shift knob that i like in black
